This is an elevated course that adds seafood to the standard course at Medicinal Hot Pot OSHIDORI. The course features seasonal vegetables that change daily with the seasons, and dozens of types of mushrooms, including rare species that change depending on what is purchased.The white "paitan soup" and red "mala soup" that are characteristic of hot pot are infused with dozens of Chinese herbs such as ginger, grass fruit, wolfberry, longan, and jujube.For New Year's parties, we recommend a luxurious seafood course.
